Director General’s Office

The Director General’s Office support the management and the development and implementation of the Coast Guard's operations by being responsible for legal quality assurance, control of protection and security and for communicating the business internally and externally.

The office coordinates the preparation of cases that affect several departments at the Swedish Coast Guard and formulates proposals for work perceptions on issues of greater importance. Furthermore, the executive management staff works to ensure that established policies and decisions are implemented throughout the authority.

Chief of Staff is Sofia Moestedt.
