Procurement and invoicing
Here you can find information about how we buy goods and services in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement, and about the requirements we set for you as a supplier regarding electronic invoicing (e-invoices) and correct reference numbers.

Public procurement
The Coast Guard procures goods and services in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement. Our procurement activities are based on the fundamental EU law principles of, among others, non-discrimination, equal treatment and transparency.
Invoicing
The Swedish Coast Guard only accepts electronic invoices. Here you can find information about how to send e-invoices to us and which details you must give as a reference. Please note that we do not accept PDF invoices by e-mail.
How to send e-invoices to us
We prefer that electronic invoices are sent via the PEPPOL network.
- PEPPOL ID: 0007:2021003997
- Format: We accept Svefaktura 1.0 or PEPPOL BIS Billing 3
If you cannot send e-invoices, you can register them manually in our supplier portal free of charge. This solution is intended for smaller suppliers who send few invoices. Log in and register on the supplier portal.
The Coast Guard uses the system supplier Opus Capita to receive e-invoices. Your e-invoice provider may have more options than PEPPOL for sending to them. We accept Svefaktura 1.0 or PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.
- ID at Opus Capita: 2021003997
- Organisation number: 202100-3997
Invoices to the Coast Guard must always be marked with a purchase order number as a reference. If this is missing, a three-digit code (cost centre) must be given. We want one invoice per order, except for partial or remaining deliveries.
